Program

Day 1     Arrival Delhi

On arrival in Delhi pick-up from airport/Railway Station and transfer to hotel. Overnight at hotel.

Delhi: is known to have been continuously inhabited since the 6th century BC. Through most of its history, Delhi has served as a capital of kingdoms and empires. It has been invaded, ransacked and rebuilt several times, particularly during the Medieval era, and therefore the modern city of Delhi is a cluster of many cities scattered across the metropolitan region. Delhi is also believed to have been the site of Indraprastha, the legendary capital of the Pandavas during the times of the Mahabharata.Delhi re-emerged as a major political, cultural and commercial city along the trade routes between northwest India and the Gangetic plain after the rise of the Delhi sultanates.It houses many ancient and medieval monuments, archaeological sites and remains. Now Delhi is announced world's no.1 green city

Day 2    Delhi – Mandawa drive 274km/5hrs

After breakfast at hotel drive to Mandawa, sightseeing , transfer to hotel. Overnight at hotel.

Mandawa : is a small town in the heart of Shekhawati region. The place is known not only for itMandawa Forts havelis but also for its Fort Palace. The structure of the palace reminds of the cultural and social importance of this region in the past. Of the havelis, the most important are the Chokhani, Ladia, Binsidhar Newatia, and Gulab Rai Ladia Haveli. Another haveli, the Binsidhar Newatia Haveli, is known for its curious paintings. There is a painting of a boy holding a telephone and a European woman in a car driven by a chauffeur. The Gulab Rai Ladia Haveli is famous for its erotic images, now mostly defaced

Day 3     Mandawa – Bikaner drive 180km/4hrs

After breakfast at hotel drive to Bikaner, sightseeing then transfer to hotel. Overnight at hotel.

Bikaner: is bolstered by imposing walls and has a 16th century fort housing old palaces, temples and a mosque. Founded by Raja Rai Singh, the fort is distinguished by its long range of 37 pavilions, a line of balconies and aerial windows of varying designs. An enormous arched doorway leads to the Joramal Temple. The royal chapel is Har Mandir where royal weddings and births were once celebrated

Day 4     Bikaner – Jaisalmer drive 325km/6hrs

After breakfast at hotel some sightseeing in Bikaner then drive to Jaisalmer, transfer to hotel. Overnight at hotel

Jaisalmer: The dramatic and romantic desert fortress of Jaisalmer is an exotic city in Rajasthan’s great Thar Desert. "The Golden City" rose to prominence as a result of its position on camel trade routes. It's now most famous for the 12th-century fort and ornate "Havelis," fine merchant-built houses and pavilions in the city’s mediaeval lanes. The surrounding Desert National Park offers opportunities to observe blackbucks, desert foxes and chinkaras amid the rolling dunes, rugged crags and waterholes

Day 5    Jaisalmer

After breakfast at hotel sightseeing of Jaisalmer, evening drive 45km to Sam-Dunes, Camel ride night safary. Overnight with dinner in Camp.

Day 6     Jaisalmer – Jodhpur drive 270km/5hrs

After camp breakfast drive to Jodhpur, sightseeing. Overnight at Hotel

Jodhpur: Surrounded by a huge fortress wall with bastions, the striking blue buildings in Jodhpur contrast sharply and beautifully with the neighbouring Thar Desert. Exploring the palaces, forts and temples will keep you busy and in awe of the city’s historic grandeur. Bazaars offer a range of beautiful textiles, embroidered leather goods, lacquerware, antiques, carpets, puppets and figurines. Jodhpur is a popular tourist destination and a convenient base for travel in the region

Day 7     Jodhpur – Nagaur drive 130km/3hrs

After breakfast at hotel visit Mehrangarh Fort then drive to Nagaur. Sightseeing then  transfer to hotel. Overnight at hotel.

Day 8     Nagaur – Khimshar  drive 40km/1hrs

After breakfast at hotel drive to visit Khimshar, full day explore the Khimshar village. Overnight at hotel.

Day 9     Khimshar – Udaipur drive 249km/4hrs

After breakfast at hotel  drive to Udaipur, transfer to hotel. Overnight at hotel.

Udaipur: known as the Venice of the East, boasts several sparkling lakes against a backdrop of the Aravail hills. Jag Niwas and Jag Mandir, islands in Fateh Sagar Lake, are the site of Udaipur Solar Observatory and Nehru Garden. Famous palaces include the magical Lake Palace, now a luxurious five-star hotel, and the massive City Palace on Pichola’s east bank, featuring epic courtyards and stunning paintings.

Day 10     Udaipur – city tour

After breakfast at hotel full day city sightseeing. Overnight at hotel.

Day 11    Udaipur – Pushkar drive 300km/6hrs

After breakfast at hotel drive to Pushkar, then transfer to hotel. Overnight at hotel.

Day 12     Pushkar – Jaipur  drive 135km/3hrs

After breakfast at hotel AM  sightseeing of Pushkar PM  drive to Jaipur,  transfer to hotel. Overnight at hotel.

Jaipur:If you take one look at the glorious stucco buildings that line Jaipur's wide streets, you'll understand why this is nicknamed "The Pink City." Spend your days exploring City Palace, Hawa Mahal, and Amber and Jaigarh forts. And if you're looking for a unique souvenir, head to one of the bazaars, where you can pick up a pair of camel-leather slippers,carpets.Jaipur is also popular for its unique jewelry.

Day 13   Jaipur – City tour

After breakfast at hotel full day city sightseeing with preferred language guide. Overnight at hotel.

Day 14   Jaipur – Ranthanbhore drive 145km/3hrs

After breakfast at hotel AM sightseeing , PM  drive to Ranthanbhore, check-in hotel, Overnight at hotel

Ranthanbhore: Ranthambhor National Park, once a princely game conserve is the scene where the celebrated Indian tigers are best seen. Ranthambhor Tiger Reserve lies on the junction of Aravali and Vindhyas A tenth century fort also blends amicably with the background. Pure sands of Dhok (Anogeissus pendula) interspersed with grasslands at the plateaus, meadows in valleys and luxuriant foliage around the canals make the jungle. The tiger is not the only attraction at Ranthambhor; although it is the one park resident people come to see. We were lucky to see several varieties of birds including these owlets peering through their burrows pictured here on the right and of course the ubiquitous langur monkey. Other animals in the reserve include leopard, caracal, hyena, jackal, jungle cat, marsh crocodiles, wild boar, bears and various species of deer.The main food source for the tiger is the swamp deer like Barasinsga and on occasion the wild buffalo and also wild boar. If you wish to stay near the park, the facilities on offer are superb.

Day 15    Ranthanbhore

AM & PM jeep ride in Ranthanbhore National Park. Overnight at hotel

Day 16   Ranthanbhore – Bharatpur drive 197km/4hrs

After breakfast at hotel drive to Bharatpur visit Keoladevi National Park. Overnight at hotel

Bharatpur:In 1733 AD, Raja Badan Singh 's adopted son, Suraj Mal had shown signs of promise, when he captured the fort of Bharatpur from Khemkaran, the rival chief, whom he killed and thus laid the foundation of Bharatpur City. Bharatpur is also called the Eastern gateway of Rajasthan. Maharaja Suraj Mal. Apart from being a brave General was also a great builder. He built numerous forts and palaces across the kingdom including the Pleasure Palace complex at Deeg. Bharatpur is today known the world over for its Keoladeo Ghana National Park(Bird Sanctuary).Every year from October to April tourist from all over world came to visit migrated birds from Siberia.

Day 17     Bharatpur - Agra drive 51km/2hrs

After breakfast  drive to Agra, enroute visit  Fatehpur Sikri, on arrival Agra sightseeing, transfer to Agra hotel. Overnight at hotel.

Agra: Where better to go for a romantic holiday than to the great testament of love, the Taj Mahal (The Eighth Wonders of World). Built by the grieving Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his late wife Mumtaz Mahal, The Taj Mahal’s unrivaled beauty explains why it’s regarded as one of the eight wonders of the world. A visit to India wouldn’t be complete without it. Other must-experience destinations in Agra are two other UNESCO World Heritage Sites, the sandstone Red Fort and Fatehpur Sikri.Now the city is popular for its marble handicraft work.

Day 18     Agra - Delhi  drive 205km/4hrs

After breakfast at hotel drive to Delhi , sightseeing of Delhi , transfer to hotel. Overnight at hotel.
